Specialist in different types of honey. Recieved 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze at NM in Honey in autumn 2022 and 1 bronze in NM 2025.

The honey contains less heather honey than usual, so it has a mild heather flavor and taste of other late summer crops from the coast.

Summer honey with added spices and whipped to a creamy consistency. Taste cinnamon, cardamom and Maldon salt

Medium sweet, flavorful, slightly fatty honey with a caramel-like taste and a slight hint of licorice. Smell and taste are different.
