NUA Brygghus AS is centrally located in Mandal and is Norway's southernmost brewery. The brewery was established in 2013 and is currently run by 6 enthusiasts in their spare time. The brewery was Norway's first brewery to start producing all beer gluten-free by adding an enzyme.

A recreation of beer from the ship D/S Oliva which sank in Mandal in 1869. A bottle from the ship can be seen at our stand in conjunction with time release of this beer. Gluten free.

Mildly fruity sour with hints of raspberry, balanced acidity and a creamy finish from vanilla and lactose
Brown like the butt. Balanced and an American version with a little more hops and alcohol than the classical English Brown Ale. Gluten free.
