Thinly sliced eye of round with ramson (wild garlic) mayonnaise
Long-braised eye of round with Asian flavors from Inderøy slakteri. Braised eye of round is a tender, juicy and fat-free cut of meat that's easy and quick to use. Cut the eye of round into thin slices, place them on a nice plate, and squeeze a little lemon juice over them.

Mix ramson (wild garlic) oil into the mayonnaise, and there you have ramson mayonnaise. Also bake the almonds in the oven with a little oil and salt, until they're crispy.

Peel potatoes, or other root vegetables you have, into thin flakes/slices and deep-fry in oil until golden brown.

Toss the salad in olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange this nicely on top of the lårtunge on the platter. Top this with your fried root vegetables, toasted almonds and ramson mayonnaise. Sprinkle a little sprouts or cress on top.

- 1 ss Ramson oil
- 2 ss Mayonnaise
- 100 g Leaf lettuce
- 1 ss Olive oil
- 1 ts Salt and pepper
- 2 dl Oil for deep frying
- 2 stk Potatoes
- 2 ss Lemon juice
- 1 ss Sprouts/cress
