Shredded reindeer meat in lefse

Approach

    Start by spreading a generous amount of sour cream over the lefse. Cut the cheese (brie/camembert) into small pieces and distribute it over the sour cream.

    Stir in wild garlic oil and a little salt into the salad, then distribute the salad evenly over the lefse.

    Cut the raspberries, radish, and spring onion, and distribute them over the lefse. Sprinkle over toasted almonds and grind some pepper on top.

    Finally, grate a generous amount of dried reindeer meat over the top. If you don’t have a strong grater, finely chop the meat and sprinkle it over instead.

  • 4 ss Røros sour cream
  • 1 stk Salad
  • 10 stk Raspberry
  • 12 stk Crispy almonds
  • 2 ss Spring onion
  • 3 stk Radish
  • 0.3 stk Mountain cheese from Eggen Gårdsysteri
  • 4 ss Ramson oil
  • 1 ts Salt and pepper
