Rhubarb cocktail from Innherred

Approach

    Add ice to a pitcher and pour in the rhubarb and strawberry juice. Slice the green chili and lemongrass thinly and add them to the pitcher. Cut the lime in half and squeeze all the juice into it. Stir in sugar, then add gin to the pitcher.

    Serve with ice cubes and a few slices of lime in the glass. Strain the drink into the glass so that the lemongrass and chili do not end up in it. It can also easily be made without gin.

    Keep refrigerated.

  • 6 dl Mikkelhaug rhubarb juice
  • 2 dl Gin from Stokkøya
  • 2 dl Mikkelhaug strawberry juice
  • 0.2 stk Green chili
  • 1 stk Lemon grass
  • 5 stk Lime
  • 5 ss Sugar
