Rhubarb cocktail from Innherred

Add ice to a pitcher and pour in the rhubarb and strawberry juice. Slice the green chili and lemongrass thinly and add them to the pitcher. Cut the lime in half and squeeze all the juice into it. Stir in sugar, then add gin to the pitcher.

- 6 dl Mikkelhaug rhubarb juice
- 2 dl Gin from Stokkøya
- 2 dl Mikkelhaug strawberry juice
- 0.2 stk Green chili
- 1 stk Lemon grass
- 5 stk Lime
- 5 ss Sugar
