Panna Cotta with White Choclate

Panna Cotta with White Choclate

Approach

  1. 1

Place the gelatin sheet in cold water and set aside.

  2. 2

Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the white chocolate, and finally add the gelatin. Pour the mixture into the glasses you will serve it in, and refrigerate for about 3 hours until it sets. It can also be made the day before.

  3. 3

Sprinkle powdered sugar over the Trøndelag blueberries, and squeeze over a little lime. Mix together. The amount of powdered sugar will depend on how tart the blueberries are.

  4. 4

To serve: Place the blueberries on top of the panna cotta, and it’s ready to serve.
