Nut base
Makes round bases or one rectangular baking sheet.

Start by whisking the egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, mix the ground nuts and powdered sugar.

Gently fold the egg whites into the nut mixture.

Pour the mixture into the desired pan and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
