Whisk egg whites to a loose foam.

Add half of the sugar and whisk for 2-3 minutes before adding the rest of the sugar. Continue whisking for 3-4 minutes until all the sugar has dissolved and you have a glossy, stiff meringue.

Bake the meringue in your desired shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake on the lowest rack at 100 degrees for about 1 hour, or until the meringue releases from the paper.
