Cook the waffles: Cook the waffles a little longer than usual so they become golden and crisp. Then cut out heart shapes using scissors.

- 1 ss Sugar
- 270 g Cultured milk
- 100 g Whole milk

- 2 ts Maldon salt
- 250 g Snøfrisk (Norwegian fresh goat cheese)
- 2 ss Lemon juice
- 3 ss Chives
- 4 ss Cream
- 200 g Arctic char
- 2 ss Horseradish
- 2 ss Garden cress
