Flavorful sandwich with goodies from Røros

It becomes like new with plenty of delicious ingredients from Røros: blue cheese from Eggen Gardsysteri with honey from Nordli farm, coppa ham from Røroskjøtt, and fresh vegetables. Make the salad dressing: mix olive oil, salt, and lemon juice into the salad.

Cut generous slices of cheese and drizzle a little honey over them. This enhances the flavor of the cheese.

Plating: place the bread on a plate and top with the marinated salad. Add coppa ham and cheese on top. Finally, garnish with chive flowers or other edible decorations such as apple mint.
